Water purification specialist Envirogen has appointed Shawn Vestal to the newly created position of National Healthcare Manager, responsible for expanding the company’s healthcare business in the United States, including in endoscope washer facilities in sterile processing departments and central sterile services departments (SPDs/CSSDs).
Vestal brings with him more than 20 years’ experience as a healthcare products champion and director for US Filter and Siemens Water Technologies. He will be supported nationwide by Envirogen’s headquarters and regional offices for sales of the company’s new EndoTherm range of healthcare water purification solutions.

Additionally, he has partnered with equipment companies to provide solutions, efficiency enhancements and compliance assurance in healthcare; and has worked across different high purity process water groups during his career.
